Shane specializes in helping Austin clients find their next dream home, specializing in Luxury Properties. Owning multimillion-dollar residences at the W Austin, Barton Creek and Travis Heights, Shane understands the high-end residential market and the white-glove service buyers at this level expect. Additionally, Shane is responsible for growing the Jovio brokerage to ensure we can provide outstanding customer service to even more home buyers/sellers. Having purchased his first house at the age of 18 and earning his Finance & Banking degree from the University of Missouri, he brings a wealth of relevant knowledge with him. Additionally, Shane founded Sagacious Consultants, a firm he grew to over $50m in annual revenue and sold to Accenture (NYSE: ACN) in 2015.

Having grown up surrounded by real estate, Devin is now on a mission to re-architect the industry. After studying Economics at Pepperdine and receiving a Fulbright Research Grant to study microcredits in Argentina, Devin worked as CFO at a national mortgage bank before starting a real estate revolution.
